Job summary

Catalyx is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our team on a customer site in Tipperary for a 6-month contract. You will set up and operate packaging line equipment, following SOPs and cGMPs while working under a Team Leader. The role requires GMP experience or a Level 6 qualification and strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, work with moderate supervision, and maintain focus on delivering KPIs and high-quality results for regulated industries.

Qualifications

• GMP experience or Level 6 qualification or previous packaging experience.
• Familiarity with SOPs and Master Batch Records.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates ability to follow direction and work with only moderate supervision.
• Proven attention to detail.
• A can-do attitude towards customer delivery and performance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging line equipment.
• Work with other packaging technicians under the guidance of a Team Leader/ Packaging Supervisor.

• Responsible for working on assignments that are routine in nature while recognising deviations from accepted or usual practices
• Works in conjunction with other packaging technicians under the guidance of a Team Leader/ Packaging Supervisor
• Set up and operate Packaging line equipment
• Adhere to written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
• Follow all safety-related procedures and practices
• Deliver on agreed KPIs and metrics
• Other duties as requested
