Job summary

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Coordinate the availability of packaging materials and components.
• Provide training, coaching, and task allocation to team members.
• Support new product introductions, equipment implementation, and process improvements.
• Maintain inspection readiness and assist during audits and regulatory inspections.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

In this role, you will ensure safety, quality, and compliance while driving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is a shift-based position requiring flexibility to work alternating shifts.
