Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as process owner for site packaging operations and selected production operations.
• Provide technical support to packaging equipment, processes, and plant personnel within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Ensure packaging processes comply with Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities to monitor and improve packaging line performance through analysis of OEE, downtime, waste, quality defects, and throughput metrics.
• Troubleshoot packaging process and equipment issues and develop corrective solutions.
• Lead investigations into packaging-related and customer feedback.
• Drive improvements in changeover efficiency, line performance and packaging equipment reliability.
