Report to: People & Culture Business Partner

Location: Ergo office, 4 days onsite each week

Overview of Role

Ergo is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our growing workforce. This role supports the People & Culture team across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while managing daily admin tasks, HR processes, reporting, communications, and system usage.

What will you do?
Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Coordinate internal job advertisements and interviews.
  • Responsible for the full onboarding process for all new hires including the coordination and delivery of our Employee Induction Programme.
  • Responsible for probationary review management on our HR information system (BambooHR) and organising staff exit surveys.
Employee Lifecycle Support
  • Generate and present monthly HR reports and Organisation charts as required.
  • Support our employees through all life-cycle stages of benefits, processes, policies, leave, internal HR systems, and other people-led programs.
Administration and Documentation
  • Creation of employment contracts and documentation for new and existing employees.
  • Manage all staff requests regarding TaxSaver, Bike to work Scheme, and other employee benefits.
  • Maintain and regularly update content on the Ergo People & Culture SharePoint site.
  • Responsible for annual updates to Health & Safety policies, including safety statements, audits and training.
Wellbeing and Engagement
  • Promote and manage the Ergo Wellbeing Programme
  • Coordinate the ordering of staff gifts throughout the year
  • Actively participate in Social Committees to foster social engagement, uphold Ergo Values, and assist with sustainability initiatives.
What do you need?
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of technical platforms like Bamboo HR, HRIS, ATS and Microsoft Suite
  • Two years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in our Dublin office
