Job summary

Musgrave is recruiting a Business Process Owner for Own Brand to drive the technology-enabled transformation of our Own Brand PLM space. You will lead cross-functional workstreams with business and IT, shaping processes, data and systems while working with our chosen vendor and Infosys.

You will champion customer-centric product delivery, engage senior stakeholders, and define strategy, investment cases and rollout plans across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Own Brand/product development from ideation to sourcing.
• Experience with recipe management and supplier engagement.
• Knowledge of artwork and packaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation in the Own Brand workstream, collaborating with IT/vendor on business side.
• Transform ways of working to deliver customer-centric products quickly and profitably.
• Engage stakeholders and lead change among business teams.
• Review and approve changes to business processes and systems design.
• Define rollout strategy and training to ensure business adoption.
