Job summary

• Experience in leading change and customer-centric initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder influence and program management.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation in the Own Brand workstream, coordinating with business and IT teams.
• Transform ways of working to deliver customer-centric own brand products quickly and profitably.
• Engage stakeholders and lead change across business teams.
• Review and approve changes to business processes and systems design within the Own Brand workstream.
• Define rollout strategy and training approach to ensure business adoption.
