Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Outlet Manager - Food and Beverage to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, lead and support the outlet teams, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality across all venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service, consistency and quality.
  • Supervise and support outlet teams, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
  • Ensure all venues are set up and operated according to hotel standards and guest expectations.
  • Monitor service delivery and guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with the kitchen, banqueting and events teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Oversee staff training, scheduling and performance management.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and safety across all outlets.
  • Support stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
  • Act as a point of contact for guests, handling queries and feedback with professionalism.
  • Lead by example during busy service periods and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive revenue and guest engagement.
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance and readiness of the venues at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or hospitality setting.
