What you bring:

  • Proven success in business development using core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, positive phone presence
  • Strategic and tactical thinking, positive attitude in face of rejection
  • Sense of urgency, self-starter, proactive, innovative
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Success in key responsibilities listed below
  • Fluent in Dutch or French
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new prospects and book appointments for Account Executives
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions and assess customer needs
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to sales hand-off
  • Create prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call prospects from various sources
  • Identify key decision-makers, research, and present solutions

Remote Compensation Philosophy: Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation, paying above in-location rates to support global talent. The salary range is $21,490 - $48,335 USD, depending on factors like location, skills, experience, and market demands.
