Position Overview

We seek target-driven sales agents with at least 1 year of sales experience to join our team full-time. If you are ambitious, results-oriented, and enjoy challenges, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve individual sales targets through inbound and outbound calls with multiple clients.
  2. Provide excellent customer service on all interactions.
  3. Collaborate with team members in line with company priorities.

Skills and Experience

  1. Active listener with confident communication.
  2. Team player with a positive outlook, passionate about sales and customer service.
  3. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  4. Interest in technology and software products.
  5. Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  6. Flexible to work shifts as scheduled.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  8. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  9. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Preferred Experience

  1. Outbound sales experience in contact centers or door-to-door sales preferred.
  2. Clearly outline your previous experience in your CV.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, 8-hour shifts between 8 am and 5 pm, usually 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
