Job summary

A leading technology provider is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support and enhance internal Financial and HR applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years in similar roles with extensive experience in Oracle systems and strong project management skills. Responsibilities include leading reviews and improvements of the system's functionalities and managing a global support team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • 10+ years working as a Business Analyst or similar role focused on Oracle.
  • Strong project management understanding and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and suggest features of Fusion that aren't currently utilized.
  • Analyze current system design for improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the review of integrations and reports for the Finance module.
  • Manage a global support team.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support for service request management.

Job description

Beschreibung: The role is part of a global team involved in supporting and managing business as usual as well as enhancements to the internal Financial and HR applications used by Citco. This includes, but not limited to, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion Financial Management and Oracle Governance Risk & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ Years hands on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials
  • 10+ years working as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle.
  • Proficient with OTBI and other reporting tools to aid ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
  • Strong project management skills, including a good understanding of project phases and lifecycles

Key tasks will include:

  • Reviewing features in Fusion which are not currently being utilised and suggesting what to up-take.
  • Analysing current system design and identifying opportunities for improvements.
  • Leading a review of integrations and reports for the Finance module
  • Management of a global team of support staff.
  • Liaising with Oracle Support Teams/Service Desk to ensure management and resolution of open Service Requests raised by the team.
