Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Clinical Performance Consultant to support and develop our stores, partners and clinicians to ensure excellent eye care for patients now and in the future. You will be highly visible to Optometrists in your territory, work with the Regional Support Team to drive the clinical agenda and business performance, and lead events at territory and store level.

The role requires GOC or CORU registration, strong clinical development experience, and leadership/training backgrounds.

Qualifications

• GOC or CORU registered optometrist with commercial acumen.
• Experience in leadership and training.
• Further qualifications such as Professional Certificates and Independent Prescribing are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop stores, partners and clinicians to improve patient care and business performance.
• Deliver events and provide territory and store level support.
• Drive the clinical agenda with credibility and commercial insight to grow stores.
• Inspire and empower colleagues with the tools and skills to improve clinical performance and patient access.
• Travel frequently across the South of Ireland to cover territory.
