Job summary

Specsavers Liffey Valley is seeking a qualified and CORU-registered Dispensing Optician to join our team. You will deliver high-quality customer service, liaise with Optometrists for smooth handovers and contribute to achieving store sales targets.

We offer a salary up to €45,000 based on experience, plus a €10,000 joining bonus, a performance bonus, pension contributions and opportunities for clinical development including access to OCT technology.

Qualifications

• Qualified and CORU-registered Dispensing Optician.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to liaise with Optometrists for high-quality handovers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure you provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Liaise with Optometrists to ensure that each customer you dispense to receives a consistently high-quality handover.
• Manage aftersales service (including complaints and problem solving) in a customer service focused ‘can do’ manner.
• Contribute to achievement of individual and team sales targets by demonstrating effective professional sales techniques.
