Job summary

Specsavers Norge in Knocknacarra, Galway, is looking for an Optical Assistant to join our team. The role focuses on welcoming customers, booking eye tests, giving style guidance, and helping customers choose frames with care.

We offer full-time hours with weekend work, extensive training, and ongoing support from experienced opticians and technicians to help you grow within the Specsavers network.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; training will be provided.
• Motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a supportive retail/optical environment.
• Ability to welcome customers and assist with product choices.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers into store.
• Booking in eye tests.
• Providing style advice.
