RCV Operative (Refuse Collection Vehicle Operative) – Permanent

Location: AES Recycling - Silliot Hill, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare

We’re looking for Operatives (Refuse Collection) to join our team in Kilcullen. You’ll be part of the crew that collects household and commercial waste, working alongside a driver on a collection truck.

Enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team? This could be for you. We offer opportunities to gain your C Licence, grow into different roles, and earn a competitive hourly rate (paid weekly) plus overtime. Most weeks are Monday to Friday, with Saturday work when needed.

What you’ll do:

• Collect and empty wheelie bins on daily routes
• Help the driver with collections, navigation, and reversing
• Make sure bins are returned neatly and not collected if contaminated
• Complete basic paperwork and start each day on time
• Provide a friendly, professional service to customers

What you’ll need:

• Some experience in waste/transport (helpful, not essential)
• Good English and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility and willingness to pitch in where needed
• Availability for early morning starts
