Position Details

Role: Operations Manager

Location: Mayfield, Cork

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekend Availability)

Role Type: Permanent Onsite Based

Responsibilities
  • Operations Coordination
  • Client management
  • Team Management
  • KPI & SLA Management
  • Managing & Maintaining our Operational platforms
  • Develop, implement and maintain site-specific security procedures
  • Travel Regionally as required
  • Prepare and maintain security records and complete routine statistical reports
  • Managing workload effectively
  • Communicating with employees & clients
  • Maintaining, updating and retrieving data held on the company\'s platforms
  • Preparing Operational & Clients Reports
  • Supporting various company departments
Role Requirements
  • Proven experience in Management / Supervisory roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Full clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle)
  • Proficient in Google & Microsoft platform suite’s and other relevant software
General Requirements
  • Ability to conduct a full-time onsite role
  • Flexibility in relation to working schedule
