Pepperoni Ind Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy food service business in Dundalk. You will supervise staff, manage stock, and ensure high service standards while supporting promotions and cost controls.

The role requires a Level 7 qualification, 1+ year of relevant experience, and strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline (minimum Level 7).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management, retail management, or food service management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Experience with POS systems and reporting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the business runs efficiently.
• Supervising staff, preparing duty rosters, and monitoring team performance.
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.
• Monitoring cash handling, tills, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health and safety standards.
• Supporting the implementation of promotions and sales initiatives.
• Handling customer concerns and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Monitoring operational costs and supporting business targets.
• Managing in-store systems and acting as the main point of contact for operational or technical issues.
