Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and support finance team: set priorities, manage workloads, and support development.
• Coordinate monthly finance reporting cycle with Finance team and CEO.
• Understand financial performance to highlight variances and risks to forecasts.
• Work with Finance and department leads on budgets, costs, and planning.
• Manage vendor and payment card relationships for subscriptions and renewals.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding for employees: setup, plans, and monthly check-ins.
• Monitor shared mailbox and triage actions.
