Job description

Job Responsibilities

• To play a leading role in a dynamic Engineering team delivering daily support to the Operations team and wider business group
• To work with a state‑of‑the‑art Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Quality Management System (QMS)
• To identify areas of the WMS that need to be documented in SOPs or WIs going forward
• To work on a high‑profile project, working alongside multiple teams to create all the necessary documents to record processes and SOPs for future training of users
• Assess and review all current SOPs & WIs and identify what documents need to be edited, updated or created for Project Dawn

Key Outcomes

• Develop an expertise in fundamental processes within the integrated warehouse management system
• Work with the Engineering team to update/ create SOPs and WIs in line with the development of Project Dawn
• Develop an expertise in the QMS used for all SOPs and WIs.
