About the Programme

This 24-month programme gives you the tools to build a career in business operations, onboarding, and customer delivery. You’ll play a key role in supporting our growing customer base and helping to ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work across our operational teams, learning how we onboard clients, support users, deliver projects, and refine our processes. This is a hands-on role that suits someone who’s organised, curious, and keen to make things better.
