Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cork invites graduates to join the AppleCare Service & Support Operations Graduate programme. Over 23 months you will rotate through five departments, gaining exposure to product repair, customer support, service channel management, data analytics, and more.

You will develop business reports, tackle technical and process challenges, and work on cross-functional projects within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment across Europe.

Qualifications

• Graduating or completed degree with 2:1 or MSc.
• Strong data analytics skills and data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across multiple AppleCare departments during rotations.
• Develop and present business reports for operational improvement.
• Investigate and solve technical and process problems; manage projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable efficient operations across Europe.
