Job summary

Jobtailor in Ireland seeks a logistics and customs coordinator to oversee end-to-end shipment and customs activities across four warehouse sites. You will ensure accuracy in daily shipment operations and support revenue reporting.

The role requires strong knowledge of customs processes, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Occasional travel between sites and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs and/or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of customs processes and compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills are desirable.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across multiple sites.
• Full driver’s licence is key as travelling will be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end shipment and customs activities across four warehouse sites.
• Monitor daily operations, identifying errors and ensuring timely resolution.
• Produce and manage daily warehouse reporting to ensure shipment location accuracy.
• Conduct audits and compliance checks on documentation, declarations, and stock movements.
• Partner with Operations and Brokerage teams to ensure full regulatory and AEO compliance.
• Support monthly Revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
• Act as a key contact during Revenue (customs authority) visits.
• Identify recurring issues and drive root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Support customs projects, system improvements, and onboarding activities.
