With 8+ years in software engineering and architecture, you will mentor engineers, collaborate with product teams, and drive secure, compliant solutions across cloud environments, balancing speed, scale and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate and microservices.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with secure systems.
• Proficiency in secure coding practices and cryptography.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and conducting technical interviews.
