  • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to shape what and how of our most critical initiatives.

  • Mentor engineers and tech leads, raising the bar through coaching, code reviews, and architectural guidance.

  • Solve the right problems the right way, applying sound judgment and balancing trade-oLs between speed, scale, and sustainability.

  • Simplify complexity, optimize cost-benefit strategies, and drive architectural decisions that deliver long-term value.

  • Foster a \"can-do\" culture, showing bias for action, creative thinking, and a refusal to settle for the status quo.

  • Engage across teams, identifying reuse opportunities, breaking down silos, and contributing to enterprise-wide architectural alignment.

  • Lead by doing, not just directing-your technical depth and execution mindset will inspire those around you.

  • Strong foundation in secure development practices, including cryptography, encryption, and secure communication protocols.

  • Proficiency in secure coding practices in any of modern languages - Java, C#, Python, Node.js and more. Fluency in OWASP, CWE and vulnerability management -write code that's not just functional - but fortified.

  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, especially in fast-paced, high-impact environments like Financial Services with a strong understanding of compliance needs and regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence, resolve conflicts, and align cross-functional teams.

  • Creative problem-solving mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and a drive to tackle increasingly complex challenges.
