Job summary

Catalyx is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality across our customer site in Longford. You will own the Quality Management System from raw materials to finished frames, ensuring compliance and client outcomes while supporting growth and operational complexity.

This hands-on role requires daily presence on the production floor, driving a first-time-right culture and leveraging data to deliver reliable quality improvements across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality roles within manufacturing or similar production environments (3 years for Lead level).
• Degree or diploma in Quality, Engineering, Construction, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Quality Management System across factory and site operations, aligned with ISO 9001.
• Drive inspection and test plans across stages, from inbound to pre-dispatch.
• Lead RCA/CAPA and non-conformance processes to resolve recurring defects.
• Maintain calibration of measuring and test equipment on the production floor.
• Lead internal audits and prepare for external certification/audits.
• Report quality KPIs to CEO and senior leadership.
• Develop quality training and sign-off for production staff.
