Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation in Letterkenny is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead a team of QC Technicians across production and fabrication lines. You will report to the Quality Manager and ensure inspection activities meet quality standards, timelines and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

5+ years in quality control within manufacturing.
2+ years in supervisory capacity.
English proficiency at 90% or higher.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily QC inspection activities.
Oversee mechanical, electrical and thermal inspection across lines.
Review and approve inspection records and QA documentation.
Monitor team performance and conduct evaluations.
Identify training needs and ensure competency in inspection methods.
Escalate defects with data and trends to Quality Manager.
Maintain calibration schedules for testing equipment.
Drive standardisation of inspection processes and work instructions.
Support root cause analysis and 8D corrective actions.
Collaborate with production, engineering and project teams to resolve issues on the floor.
Track and report QC metrics and trends.
