Medmark is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis, delivering onsite occupational health services across client locations in Ireland. The role includes sickness absence management, medical case management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programmes, along with pre-employment assessments and health surveillance.

Formación

• A recognised qualification in Occupational Health is essential.
• Registered General Nurse with a valid NMBI registration is required.
• Competency in audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, phlebotomy and vaccines administration.
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, empathy and listening abilities.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with a track record of prioritising tasks.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational health nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver occupational health services, first aid support, and emergency treatment at client sites.
• Manage occupational health casework including sickness absence, rehabilitation, and return-to-work.
• Conduct pre-employment medical assessments, health surveillance, and fitness-for-work evaluations.
• Assess and manage workplace injuries and illnesses with treatment and follow-up.
• Administer vaccination programmes and support preventative health initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain occupational health policies and standards.
