Job summary

Quinn Downes Group in Dublin seeks a motivated General Operative to support mechanical installation teams on active construction sites. You will help with loading, unloading, and moving materials, keep work areas clean, safe, and organized, and assist supervisors on project tasks.

The ideal candidate will have construction/site experience, Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification, good teamwork and communication, and flexibility to work across Dublin locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or a similar site-based role.
• Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification (essential).
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across various Dublin site locations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting mechanical tradespeople on site with installation works.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Moving and distributing materials safely around site.
• General labouring duties.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Adhering strictly to Health & Safety regulations and site procedures.
• Using hand and power tools as required.
• Supporting site supervisors and project teams as needed.
