Job summary

Medmark Occupational Healthcare Limited seeks an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to deliver on-site health services at client site for 20 months fixed-term. You will perform employee consultations, first aid, medical assessments and contribute to an effective OH program.

Responsibilities include surveillance, liaising with the OH Physician, managing absenteeism, phlebotomy support, drug and alcohol testing, and maintaining medical records in line with Abbott and regulatory requirements; a

Qualifications

• Third Level Nursing qualification or relevant medical qualification.
• Experience in Occupational Health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling health information.
• Leadership or management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site OH service including employee consultation, first aid and emergency treatment.
• Conduct pre-hire medical assessments to evaluate fitness for work.
• Oversee medical surveillance and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with the Occupational Health Physician for assessments.
• Manage absenteeism reviews and referrals with HR.
• Support phlebotomy services and on-site testing.
• Maintain medical records per Abbott and regulatory requirements.
