Job summary

Park Developments in Dublin is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor for a full‑time, on‑site role supporting construction and development activities across the company. You will join a team of 5 advisors and report to the HSEQ Director, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a health and safety role, strong IT skills, and the ability to lead safety meetings and promote wellbeing across projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a health and safety role.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and IT systems effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project team on planning and operations to ensure safe, high-standard works.
• Review RAMS, training records, and dynamic risk assessments.
• Use HammerTech to ensure ISO 45001 and 14001 compliance.
• Deliver toolbox talks and highlight High Risk Activities.
• Develop Standards of Practice documentation with the H&S team.
• Conduct on-site audits and address non-conformances with site management.
