The role requires a flexible, self-motivated person who manages their time well, with good communication skills and command of the English language. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company and with clients is essential.

Responsibilities

• Preferred background in mechanical and electrical work; wastewater process experience is beneficial.
• Perform routine operational duties.
• Carry out general duties inside and outside in all weather conditions.
• Monitor processes, complete record sheets, and take samples.
• Perform heavy manual work as needed.
• Work involves process control, equipment operation, confined space procedures, and general housekeeping activities.
• Follow formal procedures and safe working methods.
• Work hours include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with participation in a regular stand-by and call-out rota.
