The Project

We are looking for an Offshore Contracts Manager to be responsible for managing all contractual administration and reporting of our Offshore Phase 2 High Voltage Equipment and Marine Surveys Packages. The proposed HV equipment Pre‑Qualification is due to commence in May 2025 which will be followed by tender preparation exercise immediately and marine survey works are due to commence in July 2025 and will primarily involve Geophysical, Environmental and Metocean surveys along our proposed subsea cable routes.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced H&S expertise across complex project portfolios.

• Manage contract preparation, costing, compliance and customer service.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree‑qualified with 10+ years’ offshore wind contract management experience.
• Strong expertise across FEED/EPCI, claims, tendering and procurement processes.
• Advanced commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management capability.
• Professional membership and strong understanding of sustainability, governance and financial reporting.
