Client Profile: Quality Accounting Firm, South Dublin

Our client is a progressive medium sized accountancy firm based in South Dublin. Their client base comprises mainly of quality indigenous companies, sole traders, and high net worth individuals. They are long established and would be viewed as a quality growing practice. There is a real focus on flexibility offering flexi start and finish times between 7am and 7pm to suit the candidates requirements.

Position: Office Manager

They are recruiting for an experienced office manager who will work alongside the Managing Director and Practice Managers with a specific focus on the bookkeeping side of the business. The role will provide day to day direction and workforce planning for the team and provide general office administration and management support.

The role will involve:

  • Managing a team of bookkeepers
  • Oversight of client schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Training and development of team and managing learning requirements on ongoing basis
  • Manage key client relationships and onboarding of new clients
  • Ensuring client information is received in timely manner and following up where necessary
  • General office management and reviewing policies and procedures and systems
  • Liaise with external IT providers on IT requirements for the business
  • Any ad hoc requirements as required

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience managing a team and scheduling work
  • Book-keeping experience
  • IATI qualified ideally
