Barden is delighted to support our client, a boutique tax and accounting firm, in their search for an Office Administrator. Our client is seeking to recruit a full-time Administrator for their tax and accounting advisory firm, based in Cork City. This role is open to someone joining part-time or full-time.
In this role, you will provide staff with administrative support, coordinate the day-to-day communication and running of the office, organise and manage soft and hard filing systems, and complete basic bookkeeping tasks.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsible for all receptionist duties, including phones, in-person, and Teams client meetings.
Assist all staff in the production of client invoices and posting them to Surf Accounting and SAGE System under the instruction of the Financial Accountant.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office – be the person of contact and appropriately refer tasks to the relevant person.
Ensure stocking of all office stationery, staff, and client meeting requirements.
Manage post and all online communications to the office.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
Experience in office administration is essential.
Proven written and oral communication skills.
Experience in a professional services environment is desirable.
A positive self-starter, possessing excellent interpersonal, planning, organisational, and computer skills.
The ability to adapt to changing working demands and prioritize and support the team on tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
