Office Administrator Dublin 18€35k An experienced Office Administrator is required for this well-known professional membership organisation in Dublin 18. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with calls and queries from members, and supporting their requests as required
  • Manage the internal database – from updating details to renewals
  • Assist with invoicing, ensuring information is correct
  • Provide support during meetings & conferences
  • Assist with on-line calls / webinars etc., managing all technical aspects
  • Update and create information on social media, and manage all correspondence

It is essential that you have previous Office Administration experience, have good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages and are comfortable producing written content for social media.
