Comfort Keepers are seeking a proactive and compassionate Office Administrator to join our growing team in Bray Co. Wicklow. This pivotal role bridges the gap between our clients, their families, and home support workers, ensuring high-quality care and effective coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial assessments and create tailored care plans
2. Coordinate carer schedules and ensure service delivery meets client needs
3. Support carers through onboarding and ongoing engagement
4. Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and professionals
5. Ensure compliance with care standards and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in care coordination, or healthcare admin
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills
3. Confident using care systems and Microsoft Office
4. Strong understanding of safeguarding and care regulations
5. Driving licence and access to a vehicle
