Job summary

Centra Stamullen is seeking an Off-Licence Assistant to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring the off-licence department operates efficiently, delivering excellent service and high standards of presentation.

You will respond to customer queries, adhere to stocktaking and planograms, and participate in training to implement learnings in store. The ideal candidate has strong communication, attention to detail, a proactive approach, and prior customer service experience.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to weekly stocktaking and daily waste procedures in the Off-Licence
• Implement and follow planograms
• Merchandise and present the Off-Licence department to the highest standard at all times
• Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy
• Attend relevant training as required and implement learnings in store.
