Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. in Dublin 15 is seeking an experienced OFCI Project Manager to oversee delivery, coordination and installation of client-supplied electrical equipment on a major data centre project.

You will serve as the primary interface between the client, project stakeholders and OFCI vendors. The role requires 8+ years with a M&E contractor, a qualified Electrical Engineer or similar, and strong negotiation, leadership and decision-making skills to drive on-time, on-budget project

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience working with an M&E Contractor.
• Qualified Electrical Engineer or similar is essential
• Excellent negotiation, problem solving, leadership and decision making skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and installation of client-supplied electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with client, vendors and stakeholders.
• Lead OFCI team to ensure works are engineered, planned and installed per requirements.
• Support engineering, programme and commissioning requirements through liaising with Key Project Stakeholders.
• Ensure all Vendors equipment is coordinated with the construction requirements and project programme.
• Lead weekly meetings with the client, OFCI Vendors and other stakeholders.
• Report on OFCI packages progress and escalate issues & risks for mitigation.
• Mitigate contract disputes and provide oversight and technical guidance.
