Medforce is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join a small Primary Care team in Dundalk, focusing on adults aged 18–65 with sensory and physical disabilities. You will assess, plan, and deliver client-centred interventions to maximise independence and participation in daily life.

The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, supervision of students or junior staff where appropriate, and contribution to service development and audits. CORU registration is required.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent CORU recognised)
• CORU registration required
• Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience (staff grade) or 3+ years (senior grade)
• Experience with adults with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities
• Access to own vehicle and full licence

Occupational Therapist – Adult Physical & Sensory Disabilities

Medforce are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our small, experienced Primary Care teamin Dundalk. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults aged 18–65 years in a sensory-focused setting, providing assessment and intervention for clients with a range of complex needs. I will discuss this role with Staff and Senior level.

You will manage a varied caseload that may include individuals who are:

• Non-verbal and/or have communication difficulties
• Living with physical and intellectual disabilities
• Recovering from acquired brain injuries
• Living with spinal injuries

This is a collaborative role, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support clients in maximising independence, participation, and quality of life.
