Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an EHS support professional to assist with day-to-day operations of the EHS Department at our Cork site. You will help collate documentation, develop EHS communications campaigns, update training materials, and contribute to Pep+ projects.

The role involves proactive promotion of safe working practices, assisting with incident reporting and data management, and active participation in site EHS committee meetings. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) or related discipline.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Self starter, self sufficient and eager to learn.
  • Strong IT Skills in Work and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively championing EHS and safe working practices across the company's activities and operations.
  • Assisting with reporting, investigating and recording of accident, near miss and good catch data promptly, ensuring corrective actions are identified and tracked to implementation.
  • Supporting the tracking and reporting of EHS KPI's / metrics.
  • Actively participating in site EHS committee meetings.
  • Providing general support and assistance to the EHS Manager.
