Job summary

Almediqa in the UAE is seeking an experienced Nursing Director – IVF to lead nursing and allied health services, driving clinical quality, patient safety and operational performance across the IVF centre.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Nursing, at least 5 years of IVF clinical experience and 5 years in nursing management, with strong leadership capabilities and UAE nursing licensure or eligibility. A Master’s degree in Nursing/Healthcare Management or IVF is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in IVF.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience as a Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director within an IVF Centre.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of IVF nursing and allied health services.
• Experience in quality improvement, patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong workforce planning and resource-management capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Registered Nurse with the UAE Healthcare Authority.
• Master’s degree and/or specialised qualification in Nursing, Healthcare Management or IVF is highly desirable
