Your Role as a Health Care Assistant

You will provide high-quality home care that promotes each client’s dignity, independence, and well-being.

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing);

Support with meals and feeding;

Assist with toileting and continence needs;

Provide medication reminders;

Maintain accurate care records;

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams;

Requirements

• Completed Nursing degree or Nursing Technician/Assistant qualification in Brazil
• Healthcare experience in Brazil
• Conversational to intermediate English (minimum B1-B2 level)
• Valid driving license
• Passion for person-centered care
• Reliable, flexible, and empathetic
• Available to relocate before employment begins
• Able to pay the €1,000 employment permit processing fee in advance
