Job summary

Qualifications

• Nurse with registration in Ireland or eligible for registration.
• Experience leading frontline care teams in disability or related services.
• Proficient in MS Office and rostering systems.
• Willingness to drive and undertake training and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor frontline care teams providing daily support.
• Oversee delivery of high quality clinical care in services.
• Build respectful, rights‑based relationships with the people supported.
• Ensure governance and compliance with Cheshire Ireland standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and staff development.
