Newly qualified nurses or those within two years of qualification will be supported to develop practice, documentation, and interprofessional collaboration while maintaining high standards of care and patient safety.

Qualifikationen

• Be a Registered General Nurse on the current live register of NMBI.
• Newly qualified or qualified within the last 2 years.
• Experience of working in a multi professional environment.
• IT skills are desirable.

Aufgaben

• Practice within policies and procedures, legal requirements, guidelines and standards as directed by the Nursing Department and NMBI.
• Be familiar with and practice within all policies, procedures and standards set out by the hospital.
• Provide effective and efficient nursing care by planning, implementing and evaluating care from admission to discharge.
• Report pertinent patient care information to appropriate nursing/medical staff and other clinical staff.
• Ensure all handover, reports and escalations use ISBAR handover tool.
