Job summary

Stryker Ireland seeks a Quality Assurance professional to lead design transfer quality activities, process controls, and risk management across NPI projects. You will collaborate with Advanced Operations, Design Assurance, and other functions to ensure compliant, scalable processes and robust verification strategies.

The role emphasizes PFMEA, CTQ/CQA identification, and validation planning to support high yield and manufacturing readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science, Engineering or related subject with 4 years’ experience in a quality or technical discipline.
  • Regulated manufacturing environment experience required; 2 years’ NP/product is a distinct advantage.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, QSR, GDP, GMP desirable.
  • Lean Six Sigma training a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent English (both oral and written).
  • Ability to be the voice of quality when dealing cross functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead collaborative relationships across Design Divisions and GQO functions for design transfer activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers to deliver project transfers with high quality.
  • Mentor other groups on design and process transfer expertise.
  • Apply statistical techniques to develop robust, transferable quality systems.
  • Support DFMA and process bench marking with quality input.
