Job summary

Kepak Group in Ireland is seeking an ambitious NPD Manager to own the product development pipeline from concept to launch, leading a high-performing NPD team and delivering projects on time, within budget and aligned to customer needs.

You'll work closely with Commercial, Technical, Operations, Marketing and Customer teams to turn ideas into commercial successes and continuously improve launch processes using data and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading New Product Development within a food manufacturing/FMCG environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing NPD team with a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Own the end-to-end NPD pipeline from concept through to launch and post-launch review.
• Deliver new product, renovation and innovation projects on time, within budget and to spec.
• Establish governance, stage-gate controls and robust project management processes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Technical, Operations, Marketing and Customer teams to translate customer needs into winning product solutions.
• Monitor project performance, resource use and ROI to maximise impact.
• Utilise data and post-launch insights to continuously improve processes and launch success.
