Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a vigilant Night Porter to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift and deliver the highest level of guest service. You will handle front desk duties, guest inquiries, and safety checks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have previous hotel night or reception experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Formación

• Nights or hotel reception experience is essential.
• At least 2 years in a customer/guest-facing role.
• Good computer skills and Opera knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to delegate work.
• Warm, friendly and approachable personality; able to work on initiative and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth night operation and highest level of customer service.
• Manage guest relations and front office tasks during night shift.
• Oversee health and safety duties including fire walks and security checks.
• Run night audit reports and assist with guest check-in/out.
• Supervise the night porter and provide night-time F&B service.
• Ensure meeting rooms meet required standards and contribute to hotel operations.

Your Job

• Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Guest relations.
• Responsible for overall health & safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties, e.g. first aid.
• Performed front Office duties, including running the night audit report and checking and check-out guests.
• Supervising the night porter.
• Food & Beverage service at night.
• Ensuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standard.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the hotel.

What You Will Need

• Previous Nights or hotel reception experience is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a customer/guest-facing position.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others.
• A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
• The ability to work on their initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team
