Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Technician, Production Operations at our Lismeehan site in Co. Clare. This on-site role is part of the Fillpack team and reports to the Supervisor, Production Operations.

You will operate equipment after training, maintain it, follow cleaning procedures, fill/label products, pack kits, and inspect kits. You must comply with GMP & Quality System Regulations. Hours: Mon-Thu 12 midnight–8am; Fri 10pm–5am.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate.
• Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment when training has been completed.
• Maintain equipment in a condition necessary to operate at its optimum.
• Comply with cleaning procedure for equipment and machinery.
• Fill and/or label products as per Training plan.
• Pack and label Kits.
• Prepare of packing components for Kits.
• Kit/Vial Inspection as required.
• Understand and follow through on all relevant procedures and ensure compliance.
• Train other Personnel in any aspect of Job Function as required.
