Job summary

APCOA PARKING UK in Dublin is seeking a Night Shift Attendant to patrol and manage car parks, ensuring safety and high service levels for motorists. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with a night shift allowance and includes use of a company van and full training.

Candidates should have a full clean manual driving licence, be over 21, and be prepared for Garda Vetting and references. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience preferred
• Full clean manual driving licence required
• Able to pass Garda Vetting / criminal record check

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and cleaning car parks across Dublin and surrounding areas
• Providing excellent customer service to motorists and assisting with issues
• Releasing clamped vehicles across Dublin
• Recording enforcement activity on modern technology
• Keeping sites safe, clean and compliant and litter free at all times
• Assist with opening and closing of car parks
• Assist with customer parking and traffic management
