Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is recruiting for a Front End Night Shift Process Technician 2 to support engineers by analyzing data from production lines and testing electro-mechanical assemblies. The role involves working with external suppliers to meet equipment specs and timelines.

You will retrieve and analyse yield data, test equipment performance, and document results while following safety and LOTO protocols. A Level 6/7 qualification with 2-4 years of related experience is typical.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Level 6/7 qualification and a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
• Experience with Minitab and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical documents related to equipment specifications.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyse engineering data such as yield performance results.
• Test performance of electro-mechanical assemblies using test equipment.
• Operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment and vision systems.
• Analyse and record test results, and prepare written documentation.
• Perform operational tests and fault isolation on automated systems and equipment.
• Contribute to equipment development under supervision of the project engineer.
