Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Night Catering Supervisor (Part Time) to oversee all catering and service operations for Compass Group Ireland on a 30-hour-per-week basis, Thursdays to Sundays, 7pm-3am.

This role focuses on running kitchens and service counters smoothly, delivering exceptional food experiences, and leading frontline teams with a strong commitment to customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the front of house areas are clean, tidy and attractive during opening times
• Place orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Check and put away all deliveries promptly and correctly
• Ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver superior customer service at all times
• Cash up at the end of a late shift and complete beverage stock takes when required
• In the absence of the Manager, assist in the completion of weekly administration and any other duties that are deemed necessary
• Be pro-active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
